Any kind of pet is acceptable here by arrangement. While we don’t charge a bond we will charge if your pet makes a mess. We are also quite happy for well-behaved pets to be inside provided they do not get onto any furniture. There are plenty of walks within walking distance at our country location. The back of the property has ample room for dog exercise and relief so owners are not walking for miles and needing to relieve themselves by the time they get back! Shady areas abound as well as a couple of paddocks for horses which are not allowed inside [although my miniature horse Teddy has wandered inside a couple of times]. Umunga is our other miniature horse along with a few sheep and lambs; Monty Minnie Barbie and Becky [boer goats] chooks plus cats Bomb and Bonnie. Did I mention the 6 working dogs? Pets will not be lonely here. Motels, lodge rooms. $75–$85 for 2.
